Experiencia fantástica: We already used them twice, one for french friends (adults) and once for Brazilian friends (with 5 children 4-10). Both guides were really good and kept us super interested during the whole visit - and I would say even harder with children. Content was adapted to according to what the guide saw we were interested in, and were lovely. The agency communication is great too, no surprises, all according to planned.
