Experiencia positiva: South Trip Lanzarote - LCT Europe More like a 2.5 star review really. The trip was everything that had been mentioned. However, the trip was just really boring. The most interesting part was the demonstrations at the very start of the trip. The bus journey is alright but I did think that there would be chances of getting out of the bus and getting some pictures, instead of leaning over and getting them (dodgy window pictures with reflections). The camel trip was cancelled, which wasn’t anything bad about the trip as that’s due to weather, so if you would like to do the ride, go on a sunny day. The ‘wine testing’ is literally a smear of wine in a shot glass, again something I wasn’t expecting to be huge, but I thought the place would be more interesting. The ‘Green Lagoon’ is like a dirty pond back home on a dog walk. Nothing amazing. Finally, and this is probably the reason why I have given such a low rating. Our tour guide was very boring. And I don’t usually like commenting on this as I understand it must be a long repetitive job. However, the tour included 3 different languages, and the information given just wasn’t enthusiastic or engaging at all. It was just talking through a microphone. There was nothing special about this trip at all. Nothing I can take away other than a few pictures that we managed to get on the odd occasion of our unfortunate day of the sun being away. I would advise just doing the volcano, hiring a car and driving to see. Maybe even hiking. The other add ons in the package really are not interesting at all.

Experiencia negativa: Booked Grand Tour with Excursions Lanzarote (Travelon World) for today, 9th March. This date was on the confirmation booking and e-ticket. Was at the pickup point 1/2 hour early, but the coach never arrived. Got in touch with the Tour operator (First Minute) who informed us that Excursions Lanzarote had booked 9th May. Tried to call Travelon World (website says 7 days a week - actually only Monday to Friday). Tried the chat (painfully slow). Absolute rubbish customer service. Book with them at your peril.

Experiencia negativa: Booked to go on the Exclusive Catamaran Cruise , We love a boat trip on our holiday this wasn’t worth the money we paid , boat sailed out of the harbour to the next harbour Puerto del Carmen, and anchored up and that’s where we stayed , hot food was a joke , small plate crisps , ham , bread stick and the hot food was a small potato faita for 12 people , no interaction with staff , the only highlight was the banana boat , plus they took us back 31 minutes early .. very disappointed ☹️, my partner 60th birthday treat , not worth the money

Experiencia fantástica: We went on the sunset cruise yesterday. From start to finish it was honestly amazing. We were originally booked for the Thursday but due to rain it was cancelled. They could not have been more helpful with the rebooking and we got a stunning sunset on our cruise. The staff were absolutely lovely and made sure we got some amazing views of dolphins, at one point they were even jumping alongside the boat! I could not recommend this experience enough.

Experiencia fantástica: The grand tour was amazing, my only negative was prices for lunch on video said 8 Euro, but was actually 12 Euro , also camel ride is 12 Euro each not 12Euro per camel as described in video, but all an all was amazing day , volcanoes are a must see, I was very fascinated by it all, well done Travel on world

Experiencia negativa: We went on the timanfaya grand tour which started well and went downhill from there. There was absolutely zero organisation from the beginning, no checking tickets or who was on the bus etc. When we got to the national park tour, the bus broke down several times and left most people fearing for their lives being driven round a very windy track high up in the volcanoes. It eventually had to be swapped to a new bus which meant a 20 minute wait in the baking heat. The tour ended with everyone being dropped off at their hotels except me and my other half who were told that they hadn't realised we were on the bus and should have been transferred to a different one to get taken back to our resort. There were some shoddy explanations with the guide Michael trying to blame the bus driver which ultimately ended in him giving us 30 euros to get a taxi back which was a further 25 mins away and ended up costing 40 euros so we were out of pocket. Left a really bad taste on what was a very long and unorganised day. The actual attractions were great but the tour company not so much

Experiencia fantástica: Chose to book with this company as seen the youtube and faxebook videos they do promoting suchtours and the island in general. booked online for the South lanzarote tour before we went on holiday. Email ticket arrived in minutes with bus stop details round corner from hotel (Floresta los pocillos). Coach arrived on time and we were straight on. Tour run by first minute bus group Lanzarote and was excellent, driver and guide both friendly and informative. A must if you go to Lanzarote!

Experiencia negativa: Wasn't what we were expecting and feel like I've wasted €100 but it's ok, I know not to book it again now. The boat ride was ok but really you only go to see the mammals. Didn't see any dolphins or whale's, spoke to four other trips throughout the week and they didn't either so I think it's just this time of year (March) so probably don't book for that time of year. The Sunset was again, ok but rushed along with a paper cup with a small amount of sparkling wine and a tiny piece of cake.

Experiencia negativa: Contratamos una excursión de pesca, que resultó ser un fiasco, algo montado para lucrarse a cuenta de los Turistas, después de estar hora media al curricán con grandes señuelos para atunes(cuando ni estamos en época de atún) seguidamente les llevaron a una boya donde estuvieron pescando a fondo y entraba más q unas capturas pequeñas, no atendieron a sugerencias x parte de los clientes de cambiar la zona excusándose que debido al tiempo sería igual en otra zona, conclusión perdur95€ por dar una vuelta en un barco, infórmense bien antes de contratar a lo loco ,

Experiencia fantástica: Wir haben die Grant Tour gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Wurden frühs pünktlich am Hotel abgeholt und haben einen schönes Tagesausflug um die ganze Insel gemacht. Der Guide Antonio war auch sehr informativ und witzig dazu. Nach einer schönen Tour wurden wir wieder am Hotel am Abend abgesetzt. Der einzige kleine Kritikpunkt hier ist, mehr Zeit bei El Golfo einzuplanen und weniger bei der Mittagspause oder beim Kamelreiten

Experiencia fantástica: Der Nationalpark ist (meiner Meinung nach) eh ein Muss und absolutes Highlight auf der Insel und in diesem kleinen luftigen Twizy durch die Vulkan-Landschaft zu fahren, wertet den Ausflug nochmal auf! Grandios auch der Guide Dietmar, der mit seiner lockeren Art noch ordentlich Spaß in den Tag gebracht hat! Für mich aktuell auf Lanzarote der tollste Ausflug und wahrhaftig jeden Cent wert!
