Experiencia negativa: HORROR TRIP! Het busje waarmee je verplicht bent naar de boot te reizen was dik 30 minuten te laat. Vervolgens komen we aan bij de boot, staat daar een rij waar we zeker 60 minuten in hebben gestaan in de volle zon voordat we aan boord konden gaan. Eenmaal toen de boottocht van start ging vertrokken we 45 minuten later dan gepland waardoor de hele tocht gehaast voelde. Zo gehaast dat het een zeer onrustige tocht werd en ik meer mensen heb zien spugen dan op een gemiddeld festival. Nadat de twee langste uren uit mijn leven voorbij waren wachtte ons nog een busritje van 75 minuten voor een stuk wat normaal met eigen vervoer 20 minuten zou zijn. Never nooit meer!!

Experiencia negativa: Jolie tour, nous avons vue des dauphins, mais les tours dans les grottes il n’y en avais pas, la mer tellement agitée que tous le monde vomissait, le verre en supplément 1€ qu’on ne peut même pas récupérer la consigne, le repas pas si bon, personnel au top mais très forceur à la fin il vous demander de donner du pourboire et si vous en donnez pas il râle, les activées a faire sur le bateau son payantes a par le petit tour en banane de 1 minute

Experiencia negativa: One star only because I can't put none! Ridiculous waiting times at the Port in scorching sun with no refreshments. My seat was broken, my wife and sons were lose and rocked violently in the rough sea. False promises made at booking with Franco at Maspalomas. I booked on the basis of seeing dolphins and whales and being able to snorkel. No snorkeling and very limited swimming as it was to rough at the stop even though we were told that it was definitely calm at the stop as it was in a bay that's always calm. Not the case. It was not calm and whilst I did swim it shouldn't have been allowed as it wasn't safe! I'm an experienced swimmer and qualified diver and it was incident waiting to happen! Very limited sightings of dolphins which were maybe elusive because it was rough (obviously cant be helped but couldve been told so had the option to withdraw) The whole thing was a money factory. With extras galore available. Lots meant to be free that wasn't. Free drinks ha! Only if you buy the cup!! No free snacks and a rushed poor attempt at lunch of cabbage (advertised as salad) chicken which was dry. Salty potatoes. Not a great lunch by any stretch! Then after a very poor day staff went around the deck with a microphone begging for tips saying that he didn't like change as it was too heavy! Don't touch this one guys!! Save your money

Experiencia positiva: Delfin watching, war super wir haben 2 Schulen gefunden... der Glasboden in den Schiffen ist aber eher nur ein bzw. 6 kleine Bodenfenster... und es riecht deutlich nach Diesel, lange bleibt man nicht unter Board. Zudem haben wir nichts gesehen... das ist schöner am Bug an der Reling zu stehen. Besatzung sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Nicht von der ruhigen See im Hafen täuschen lassen. Etwas Seefest sollte man sein... bei uns waren einige denen es nicht so gut ging.

Experiencia negativa: 2 stars only because they drove us back to the hotel after 2 hours and we payed for 4h “premium”. Low quality everything. Food, boat. I will play it nice and not say everything. Only funny thing was people and wanting a “free” meal afterwards .

Experiencia negativa: El personal del barco muy amable pero los Vendedores MIENTEN. Te venden un paquete que incluye muchas actividades “gratis”, te prometen ver ballenas, tortugas, peces voladores y snorkelling en las cuevas de Mogán. Luego solo te muestran delfines por 10 minutos y todas las actividades las debes pagar en el catamarán. NO te llevan a las cuevas, solo te ofrecen unas gafas para lanzarte del barco y a eso le llaman snorkelling. Es una estafa. No lo recomiendo

Experiencia negativa: No se aconseja este barco Súper Cat. Tratando los turistas como Fabrika de dinero. Una ves que entras en el barco se paga todo hasta el vaso de plástico para poder beber la bebidas incluidas 1 euro el vaso. Y el personal de el bar es muy muy borde.

Experiencia negativa: *aka Aquasports* also called *Supercat* Not what I was expecting... Went on this trip expecting a nice boat ride with a relaxing lunch and snorkelling. In reality the lunch felt rushed and wasn't particularly good (some chicken, cabbage and potatoes - no French bread as advertised). Lots of seats in the sun but not the most comfortable thing for 4/5 hours. The soft drinks were not pleasant to drink, tasted very chemically. You have to pay €1 for "reusable" cups ironically with "save the earth" written on them. We then continued for a bit to a bay where we stopped for everyone who had paid extra for watersports. Asked about snorkelling and they provided a bucket of old masks (no snorkel) that smelt like they had never been washed. The "snorkelling" was just going in the ocean behind the boat, not a fish in sight. Overall it felt like you pay €57 to sit on a boat to then pay more money to do watersports. Overpriced, and quite boring overall if you're not wanting to pay even more money to go on a jet ski for 10 minutes. The staff were friendly and made it a good atmosphere. 1 star just because of that and we did see dolphins. Wouldn't recommend.

Experiencia negativa: Took a trip on super cat and We saw dolphins & flying fish and this part was super! What was not super was the cleanliness of the toilets, they were awful and not tended to once during the 4 hour trip - with 100 people I would say this should be done.. not difficult. There was no soap or water in the sink in the toilet and I had to ask to wash my hands behind the bar. The food was fine, chicken, potatoes and shredded cabbage impossible to eat with a plastic fork. Not great for kids. The captain was rude to some people and only at the end when it was time for tips did he crack a smile. They come round with a tip jar to you at your seat which makes you feel obliged to give. Feels like they just want money money money. I’m sure there are nicer trips out there.

Experiencia positiva: Leuke trip gehad. Een dagje uitgesteld omdat ik zelf ziek was, dit was geen probleem. De volgende dag alsnog het water opgeweest. Veel dolfijnen gezien en enthousiast personeel. Jammer dat de zeilen niet worden gebruikt (alles op motor) en de speaker kwaliteit is slecht en hierdoor lastig te verstaan.

Experiencia negativa: Die einzigen unfreundlichen Leute, die ich auf Gran Canaria getroffen habe, waren scheinbar alle auf diesem Schiff angestellt! Finger weg vom Super Cat! U.a. Liegematratze 20€ extra, Pfand-Abzocke mit Plastik-Bechern, alles irgendwie chaotisch und völlig unkoordiniert...man fährt zwischendurch auch wieder zurück in den Hafen um Leute abzusetzen. Nicht noch einmal...

Experiencia negativa: Ikke verdt 58 euro for "all inclusiv" 20 euro for solseng må betale for nesten alle vannaktivitenere som er mulig å være med på. Drikke er med da men glass må du kjøpe eller ha me selv også. Å den rolige bulkten som de snakkes om i annonsen er rett utenfor porten til mogan, ikke akkurat rolig

Experiencia negativa: Went onto the trip took 130mins to get people on bored no drinks until you on route even in the boiling sun It's not unlimited food pay a deposit for you cup, swimming in the sea was best part paid for a crazy sofa for me and wife because no one els paid they declined it bannana boat was last thing on there mind as its free 10 passengers were left ashore at our stop of point they refused to collect them we see the dolphins staff are quit blunt and rude apart from a lady and 2others is it worth the money that's a decision you'll have to decide

Experiencia negativa: Das schlimmste vom ganzen Urlaub

Experiencia fantástica: Personale molto simpatico (mr. Mario) e competente riguardo alla spiegazione dei vari tipi di delfini. Consigliato, un po' meno per il prezzo quando a Tenerife ti offrono anche cibo e bevande e un bel tuffo in mare.

Experiencia fantástica: Es ist eine coole Möglichkeit, die Gegend mal von Meer aus zu erleben. Für gefahren hat mir auch die Tour mit Delphin-Besichtigung.

Experiencia negativa: Mi experiencia fue el viernes 19/05/2023 y lo que quero decir es que se la suda todo de ser profesional menos un chaval que no lo se su nombre pero si que lo se que tiene un tatuaje en la nuca( muy majo) lo demás parece q nos trataba como ratas y vacilado por el micrófono todo el tiempo definitivamente no lo recomiendo

Experiencia negativa: Son completamente unos sinvergüenzas, nos estuvo un tio llamado sach, explicando todo y tal y nos pareció de acuerdo, queria que pagasemos todo y no llevábamos tanto dinero y mejor no pagarlo todo, porque al final no pudimos ir y le llame le hablé por WhatsApp y ni una respuesta y se quedaron 10€ que no es dinero pero ya es mas estafa que otra cosa asique no lo recomiendo ya que como no puedas ir por cualquier cosa vas a perder el dinero

Experiencia negativa: He cogido este catamarán con mis amigos y es nefasto, no se han visto ningún delfin y marea bastante .

Experiencia negativa: Wir haben die 4 Stunden Fahrt gebucht und sind etwas hin und her gerissen. Die Fahrt selbst war sehr schön und wir haben etliche Delphine gesehen. Leider gibt es keine Schattenplätze und das Personal ist teilweise recht unfreundlich und bettelt schon fast um Trinkgeld. Am Anfang wird auch von jedem ein Bild gemacht welches dann für 10€ verkauft wird. Liegen kosten 20€ extra. Wer recht spät kommt muss leider die Plätze nehmen welche übrig bleiben. Nach zwei Stunden geht es in den Hafen zurück um die Leute der zwei Stunden Tour abzusetzen. Danach geht es dann nach Mogan um in einer Bucht zu schwimmen und Bananaboot zu fahren. Als Getränke gibt es Bier, Wasser, Sangria und Softdrinks (Cola, Fanta….). Als Mittagessen gab es Salat mit Kartoffeln, Hähnchen und Roja Sauce. Keine großen Portionen, aber man hätte auch noch eine zweite Portion nehmen können. Der Transfer war gut und unkompliziert. Was großartig war, der Blick auf den Teide während der ganzen Fahrt!

Experiencia negativa: La peor experiencia durante todas nuestras vacaciones. Demasiado ruido, demasiada gente, cola larga porque solo hay 1 barman para un catamarán grande. ¡También tomó 5 horas en lugar de 4, sin sombra! ¡Horrible, no reserven esto!

Experiencia negativa: Horrible organisation, only good first part with dolphins, the rest is a disaster. We had to wait 2 hours in the middle of day in full Sun waiting for few people playing watersports. Downstairs at the bar lot of poeople with 'sea ilness', toilet dirt with vomit. Worst experience ever!

Experiencia positiva: Combo ging bevorzugt ratzfatz. Jetski super freie Verwendung. An Freundlichkeit und Infos könnte man etwas zulegen.

Experiencia fantástica: Naast (dag)tochten naar zee, is er ook een veerdienst tussen de verschillende kustplaatsen. We zijn opgestapt in Puetro-Rico en naar Arguinegien gevaren. Leuk boottochtje.

Experiencia positiva: God sejltur på havet, vi så mange delfiner prisen på 58 euro kan diskuteres om er den rigtige pris. De var fri bar med øl vand og sangria og en lille portion frokost det var ikke super men Ok, men delfin garanti og en gratis tur på bananbåd var med i prisen dog sejlede man kun 2-3 min på bananbåd men 5 timer på havet og mulighed for at bade var en fin oplevelse total venlig personale det

Experiencia negativa: 59 euro p.p. Betaald voor 4 uurtjes op de supercat. De lunch was nogal karig en erg zout. Als je op een bedje wil liggen kost dat je 20 euro. Drinken zou inclusief zijn maar dan gaat het alleen over sangria, als je gewoon iets van fris wil kan dat tegen betaling. Eenmaal op zee schommelde de boot ook erg op en neer waardoor heel veel mensen zeeziek werden. Er is 1 moment waarop je even kan zwemmen maar je moet wel binnen 10 meter van de boot blijven. Wel veel vliegvissen en dolfijnen gezien zoals beloofd.

Experiencia fantástica: Ich verstehe die schlechten Kritiken nicht. Der Preis von 58 Euro ist meiner Meinung nach sehr angemessen. Man wird vom hotel abgeholt und auch wieder zurück gebracht, segelt 4 Stunden auf dem Meer mit all you can drink und essen (auch hier konnten wir uns noch nach nehmen falls es nicht gereicht hat), Delfine haben wir gesehen, konnten banana boat fahren, im offenen mehr schwimmen und es gab gute musik dazu :) genießt einfach mal euer Leben Leute statt überall ein Haar in der Suppe zu suchen. Wir hatten einen super Tag. Danke dafür :)

Experiencia negativa: Die Tour an sich war schön, kann man nichts sagen. Allerdings habe ich selten so ein unfreundliches Personal erlebt, man hat sich teilweise unwohl gefühlt wenn man sich etwas zu trinken kaufen wollte. Zudem mussten wir am Ende ca 20 Minuten warten um dann in ein anderes kleines Boot zu steigen, dieses hat einen dann zu dem Hafen der Stadt nebenan gefahren. Dort wurde man von einem Bus abgeholt und wieder zu dem Anfang gefahren. Durch dieses ganze hin und her hat man einen guten Zeitverlust hinzunehmen.

Experiencia negativa: Ich bin mit dem Katamaran (Delfinfahrt 4 Stündige ) gefahren . Ich kann diese Tour leider nicht weiterempfehlen. Viele die die selbe Tour gemacht haben behaupten das gleiche. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht über ein und das Personal ist extrem unfreundlich und unverschämt . Das was einem angeboten wird auf dem Boot stimmt im Preis-Leitungsverhältnis überhaupt nicht über ein . Mit freundlichen Grüßen

El precio que pagamos fue de 50 euros cada uno para que nos dijeran que no había más asientos afuera, por lo que nos quedamos atrapados adentro sin aire acondicionado durante las 4 horas completas. Las vistas eran bonitas y había muchas actividades, pero cuando te dicen que tendrás un asiento afuera con vista para luego sentarte adentro es decepcionante.
