Experiencia negativa: Ich habe heute die Wanderung zum Cubo de La Galga mitgemacht. Ist leider nicht zu empfehlen, es war im Märchenwald nur ein Hetzen durch die schöne Natur. Die Reiseleiterin war bestrebt so schnell wie möglich ohne grosse Pausen an ihr Ziel zu kommen. Die Wandertruppe bestand aus verschiedenen Altersgruppen, also waren nicht alle gleich fit. Dieses hat aber niemanden interessiert. Schade, ich hatte mir einen entspannteren und erlebnisreicheren Tag gewünscht. Lieber also auf eigene Faust wandern gehen.

Experiencia positiva: Um anderen Pauschalreisenden ein wenig die Panik wegen der schlechten Bewertungen hier zu nehmen: wir hatten diesen Veranstalter auch über Schauinsland eingetragen. Der Hirntransfer zum Hotel hat super geklappt, beim Rücktransport zum Flughafen gab es eine Verspätung aber die Frau am Telefon war sehr nett und konnte bestätigen, dass der Bus verspätet war - wir waren trotzdem noch ausreichend früh am Flughafen. Einzige Verbesserung wären noch besser geplante Routen, bei der Hinfahrt waren es fast 90 min, bei der Rückfahrt dann angenehme 40 Minuten.

Experiencia fantástica: Navette partagée pour l aéroport pour un vol à 7h du matin. Échange facile par whatsapp pour avoir l’heure du pick up. Aucun soucis avec la navette qui est venue me chercher à l’horaire précis.

Experiencia negativa: Arnaqueurs jamais venu nous chercher comme prevu suite a l'appel téléphonique 2 jour avant le depart le 27/01/24 au chekin concordia playa port cruz tenerife a 13h45 on a attendu jusqu'à a 14h45 devant l'hotel apres nous avons téléphoné au numéro d'urgence +34626523927 et nous on dit de prendre un taxi que nous serons remboursé (125€) du taxi en envoyant la facture mais on nous avons était rembourse que de 36€62 donc de menteur et arnaqueurs

Experiencia negativa: Wir mussten leider sehr schlechte Erfahrungen mit dieser Agentur machen. Noch nie musste ich mich wegen einer Beschwerde so rumstreiten. Schlecht organisiert und sehr unfreundliche Mitarbeiter.

Experiencia negativa: Do not use - unreliable and totally indifferent to the trouble they cause their customers through their shoddy service. i booked a return shuttle with them From Lanzarote Airport to my Apartments. First trip was fine. I got the confirmation email re the return trip the day before departure and they had changed the pickup point to another Apartment complex 3/4 mile away. I rang to query this and the rep confirmed they had changed the pickup point without consulting me and point blank refused to explain why or to fix their mistake, she eventually hung up on me saying "she was busy". Because of the short notice and because im not fit to drag a couple of cases 3/4 mile across Puerto Del Carmen, i had to book a taxi instead and was left out of pocket by their disgraceful behaviour. As i booked the shuttle through Hoppa, ive submitted a formal complaint and compensation claim to them and advised them to have a close look at this companys behaviour as its damaging Hoppas reputation with its customers (i use Hoppa al the time and have never had anything like this before). From reading other complaints, they seem to specialise in abandoning people on their return trips which is disgraceful. id advise all unhappy customers to complain directly to Hoppa as thats the only way these people will change their behaviour.

Experiencia negativa: At end of holiday I telephoned to enquire about my pre-booked transfer Alua Hotel to Tenerife South Airport. There had been some confusion by travel company LoveHolidays. Viajes Canarias agent kept SHOUTING at me and would not listen. We got a perfectly good taxi and the price was one third of Viajes Canarias price !

Experiencia negativa: HOW BAD WAS IT?! So to begin, we arrived at the AirPort of Gran Canaria earlier. We had to land at 20.10 but landed at 19.32, I though there would be someone of their service with a plancard waiting for us at the arrival. 20.30 still no one, so I called and they told me that we were on the wrong place, they were waiting for me at the helpdesk on the other side of the airport. (How am I supposed to know that?) Their at the helpdesk they tell us to go to the bus, we got their NO BUS! We then go back to the helpdesk and tell us that the bus already left. How is it possible?! It was planned that we would arrived at 20.10 so how can the bus leave before our arrival. They tell us to wait. 21 STILL NO BUS 22 STILL NO BUS! I call back the agency and tell to ask the helpdesk, which we received the response that a personnal driver would pick us. BIG JOKE, 22.30 a driver pick uw with other people in the car. We WAITED 2h30 at the airport! This is just one part. After that I’ve sent a mail to complain. Friday afternoon we receive an email that the company planned a strike on monday so my shuttle was cancelled. How is it possible?! You can’t tell me they only knew this at that time! They were the only one doing a strike, other agencies didn’t. Real bad service! Never again!

Experiencia negativa: Shuttle did not arrive at my hotel. Left it for 10 minutes as recommended and phoned Was cut off twice. Finally was told that the driver had been there....that was a lie. No shuttle available now. I said I had no money and no way to get to airport so they hung up on me. Absolute disgrace A young person could be in jeopardy and left stranded by this unscrupulous company. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Experiencia negativa: Doesn’t even deserve one star. Extremely ignorant and unhelpful staff. Give the wrong information or else no information at all. Our return transport to the airport didn’t even show up. When I phoned out of hours line (as it was a Sunday and normal office was shut) to see where our transport was, I got speaking to the most ignorant man who told me I should not have phoned out of hours line. No resolution offered. No regard for tourists whatsoever. Avoid this company at all costs!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Don’t even bother booking, booked this for airport transfer from our hotel, confirmed with the company and told us 12:50, me and my mum waited outside hotel for nearly 50 minutes with no show! When called the company the driver had apparently just drove off without stopping at us because apparently we weren’t at waiting point! Definitely some scam company!!

Experiencia negativa: AVOID!! Terrible customer service, rude staff member. Going from Gran Canaria airport to hotel was fine. On return journey, you need to call a number to confirm pick up time. I called the given tel number a second time to confirm pick up time (had forgotten what the time was) and a lady staff member was so rude to me, saying that they have other things to do than “confirming the pick up time 50 times today”. I will be writing a complaint to ShuttleDirect about this company as I’d booked through them. Probably nothing will be done but it’s just really bad customer service and people should know to avoid as there are other shuttle transfer services that are cheaper and have better customer service.

Experiencia negativa: Like other reviewers say. Do not use this company under any circumstances. Arranged pick up at agreed time and location. Was there 15 mins before and 30 mins after. No bus appeared so had to get a taxi to airport. When complaining on my return home they stated that they had been at the pick up point and I was not there. That is an absolute lie and as per previous reviewers that seems to be their standard response to complaints. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Experiencia negativa: We were supposed to go to the airport from Corralejo, but the driver never showed up. So we had to take a last minute taxi. On the phone, customer service said the driver left because he didn't see us at the meeting point, but we were there the whole time. Terrible service.

Experiencia negativa: Booked a transfer from Corralejo to Fuerteventura airport but the driver didn't show up. Of course any claim is useless since they claim he did and won't issue a refund.

Experiencia negativa: Achtung !!!!Ganz miserabler Kundenservice. Wir ( 6 Personen ) hatten einen Transfer von unserem Hotel in Fuerteventura zum Flughafen gebucht. Leider kam zum verabredeten Zeitpunkt kein Fahrzeug. Auch wurden wir nicht angerufen. !!! Unsere Handynummer war aber bei der Buchung hinterlegt. Daraufhin haben wir angerufen, aber leider kam nur die Aussage das wir jetzt Pech hätten. Angeblich war der Fahrer da, dies kann aber nicht sein, da wir die ganze Zeit vor dem Hotel gewartet haben. Nach mehreren Emails hin und her leider keine Einsicht von Viajes Canarias. !!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Schwer zu finden, aber die junge Dame half schnell und kompetent .

Experiencia negativa: Servicio pésimo. No cogen el teléfono y cuando por fin, conseguí hablar con ellos, una mujer me chilló al teléfono sin venir a cuento. Además programaron mi recogida del hotel con 5 horas de antelación, cuando el trayecto al aeropuerto son 20 minutos. Lo anulé y vinieron igualmente a por nosotros. Un desastre total

Experiencia negativa: Super schlechte Begleitung / Hilfe. 2 Wochen war ich nun im Urlaub auf Gran Canaria aber vom Reiseleiter keine Spur. Wofür die Ihr Geld bekommen ist mir schleierhaft. Ein Anruf Vorort wurde abgeschmettert mit den ersten Worten " Wie komme ich auf die unverschämte Idee diese Notrufnummer anzurufen"? Ich habe diese Nummer vom Hotel bekommen wurde gar nicht erst versucht zu verstehen. Ein Absoluter Proleten gehabe. Da diese Firma für Schauinsland Reisen arbeitet zeigt mir das ich auch bei Schauinsland nicht mehr buchen möchte denn da waren dieses mal auch zu viele Fehler im System. Das schöne Foto habe natürlich ich gemacht denn diese Firma bringt nicht einmal das fertig.
