I got to see the main spots and understand the history. It was so much fun that I instantly booked their ART guided tour - with an unforgettable and stunning museum tour inside the Prado and Reina Sofia. It's a must - as they've built a very thoughtful story-line for the tour that helped me discover things I wouldn't know if without their guidance. ITS A MUST!

Experiencia fantástica: What a fun tour! Kevin is witty, very knowledgeable of the city, very engaging. He pointed out many things beyond just the Money Heist spots and shared his pride of the city. It was a great way for us to start our 4 days in Madrid. He ended the tour with some local restaurant tips that we will use.

Experiencia positiva: We really enjoyed our tour of the Prado and Reina Sofia with our guide, Manuel. He was very friendly and knowledgeable about the museums, art, and Madrid. He was a little late so I had to contact the tour company City Secreto Madrid to check. In our meeting instructions, it said to meet by the Goya statue, which we did, but to also be there 10 minutes early and look for a red umbrella (no umbrella). Anxiety is running high anyway with a group of 7 to get places on time. Overall, tour was great and we really liked Manuel.

Experiencia fantástica: We weren’t sure what to expect since there were no reviews on Trip Advisor, but our guide, Sharon, exceeded our expectations. Sharon explained to us that the Money Heist tour is brand new; they recently finalized the details. I booked originally because my husband is a fan of Money Heist. It was nice that the tour was a mix of Madrid’s history/culture as well as seeing places where parts of the series were filmed. Most of the places do not allow groups to go inside due to security reasons. The tour was interactive. Sharon showed us clips of the series that related to the building we were looking at. Also, we had to crack 5 codes and solve a puzzle to get “hidden treasure” at the end. We had a fun time!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in Madrid for a few days and due to my work didnt have much time to explore the city alone. I took the free tour with Sharon the guide, and I was able to see the essential sites in Madrid. I had so much fun, and Sharon was very informative and funny, that I booked the culinary tour for the same night, which was amazing and so tasty! Highly recommended!

I had been to Madrid a few times but had never taken a guided tour inside the museum and can honestly say it was the best decision I could have made! Our guide, Uri, was able to point out extremely interesting details I had never noticed! The skip the line part was also very helpful as in the last time I visited I had to wait 45 minutes to get in. 100% recomendable!!!

The first thing I liked is that there were several tour guides giving the tour; each of them was at a different spot in the city, which made the experience way more interesting than having one person talking one hour long; it almost felt like a tv show streaming live in front of my eyes. Also, the tour itself was accompanied with videos and images that were added throughout the tour. It was great to see that the tour guides were really enjoying what they were doing. I definitely recommend it!

The guides are young, cool and fashionable and will take you to experience the most real parts of the city. I did a culinary tour with them and also a tour of the different neighborhoods and I cant wait to go back and tour with them to get to know the city even better.

Experiencia fantástica: Sharon took us around the city on a walking tour, incorporating our wishes. Starting at the top floor of El Corte Inglés, prior to the tour, he showed us the city and explained the infrastructure and history of the city. The mall not only had unique restaurants on the top, it had unique shops great for souvenirs. Throughout the tour, Sharon not only answered the questions we had, he showed us local churros place, where he treated us with sweets and coffee, the oldest family restaurant in Madrid, and how to take a shot of liquor made from local fruit, madroño (to name a few). He was knowledgeable, resourceful and accommodating to a child on the tour. During our 4hr tour, he gave us time to explore Almudena Cathedral and Mercado de San Miguel on our own and to take as much time as needed to walk the cathedral and the market. He also knew locals at places we visited. We felt he was professional, yet fun to talk to. It was our pleasure to have him as our guide and I highly recommend getting in touch with him when you’re in town. He will even take you to non-touristy places. He does tours in English, Hebrew, and Spanish.

Experiencia fantástica: Where do we start with Kevin? What a guy! From the second we met him I don’t think we stopped talking the whole time! He knew so much about Madrid, the history in terms of wars, how buildings came about and their origin and loads about money heist. I could not rate him highly enough, he is a great asset to the company. So City Secreto, look after him as he made the tour something else!

Experiencia fantástica: I took the La Casa De Papel tour with Sharon. That was a great tour. We were divided into groups and got clues as the tour progressed. We visited scene places from the show and it saw short videos to remember. There was also some art and history Elements as well as interesting info and nuggets about Madrid. Highly recommended. Great company. I did the food tour with them (with Moshik) which was also great.

Lo cierto es que vivo en Madrid desde hace 10 años y nunca había conocido tanta historia de la ciudad hasta que él me la mostró. El tour dura unas 3 horas que se pasan volando!!
