Experiencia fantástica: We had a two-week stay in Los Gigantes, Tenerife. Wanting to see as much of the island as possible, we started to glance around the many excursion offices in the town. As we were peering into the window of Top 10 Excursions, the owner Steve warmly invited us in. We explained what we wanted to do and see, and he gave us his professional time to answer every question we had. We booked three excursions with him straight away and went back several times to arrange more activities and trips. Every visit was friendly and informative. In all, we managed to fit in La Gomera (neighbouring island), Teide, Masca, Garachico, La Laguna, Taganana, Las Teresitas beach, among many other stopping points. Steve also helped us with information about the local bus service for visiting La Caleta and the beautiful coast walk to it. We booked the dolphin and whale watching boat trip locally from Los Gigantes, and stargazing on Teide on our final night. We had booked the stargazing evening for three days earlier, however it was cancelled due to a sandstorm. Be aware that this can happen – I would advise booking this activity early in your holiday to allow for rearrangement. Thankfully Steve booked us in for our very last evening, which was a wonderful end to our holiday. Steve’s communication is excellent and he gives out his personal phone number, which is very convenient and reassuring in case of any questions or problems. One early morning our pickup bus had not arrived 15-20 minutes after the specified time. Becoming worried, we called Steve, who rang around until he could assure us that the bus was due immediately, then all was well. I would highly recommend visiting Top 10 Excursions as your first choice in Los Gigantes, and you probably won’t need to go anywhere else! Thanks again Steve! Laurence and Donna

Experiencia fantástica: Absolutely amazing day out and worth every penny. We were lucky enough to get really close to a family of dolphins as they swam underneath us and raced against us… a truly magical and unforgettable experience. The crew were fun and friendly and made everyone feel welcome. They also made sure that kids got to get a good view, too. We saw 2 different species of dolphins and also some pilot whales. We also got to have a swim in the clear blue ocean for a while, too. Highly recommend - you will not be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: Steve was so helpful and gave us great advice when we were looking to book some excursions. We booked Teide by night, and a whale watching trip with Top 10. Teide (day and night) was the best excursion we have EVER booked on holiday. It was a long day, but because of Steve’s advice we were prepared for that. Our guide Dominic was so interesting and informative, especially regarding the formation of the volcanic crater and the stars and the constellations later in the evening. Along with the most dramatic sunset we have ever seen, from above the clouds!! Absolutely give this trip 10/10!! The boat trip was great too. Saw several short finned pilot whales, no dolphins, (but you can’t have everything) these are wild animals at the end of the day, and the trip was topped off with a fabulous swim in Masca bay. Again 10/10. Big thanks again to Steve for your help and advice booking these excursions. Totally recommend both and also recommend asking Steve’s advice before you book any excursions from Los Gigantes!

Experiencia fantástica: Steve was so friendly and knowledgeable of the area. We booked a night-time stargazing excursion which was really brilliant. We were collected by a minibus locally and taken to the Tiede National Park, where we enjoyed a glass of fizz as we watch the sun go down. Then taken further into the park to stargaze. The whole evening lasted from 8pm until 12.30am and was worth every penny. We also booked the Siam Water Park through Top 10 Excursions and, again, reliable pickup up and return journeys. Thank you so much!

Experiencia fantástica: We booked 2 excursions with Steve - a really nice guy who found the perfect tours for us. The 2hr dolphin trip was just the right length and the two guys running the trip were excellent. A full day tour to the north of the island was also just what we needed and Miguel the guide and driver was the perfect host..helping us both who were a bit dodgy on our 'pins'

Experiencia fantástica: Great day out, did the Mount Teide trip with cable car, recommended by Steve. Open back mini bus was ideal for the small roads, guide kept us up to date all through the day with where we were and all points of interest. Plenty of stop offs for photos as well, would highly recommend, thanks again to Steve & Top 10 excursions.

Experiencia fantástica: I came passed this amazing man’s place in Tenerife this week i was looking for something exiting and last minute to do ans Steve was absolutely lovely spoke for a while before even booking anything his knowledge of the island/ local places/ recommendations to things to do and when I visit again. He was informative,kind, helped me so so much and I had the best boat experience as I had been on a boat trip the day before and was a little disappointed but Steve did not let me down and I ended up having the same boat trip twice I enjoyed it so much. Steve even met myself and my friend for a catch up in my boat trip after, made us feel so welcome and made my first holiday experience an absolutely unforgettable one. Thank you Steve and I look forward to seeing you again in the future and highly recommend him to anyone who is wanting a friendly person who will help you and go the extra 100 miles!!!

Experiencia positiva: Teide by night geboekt bij Steve. Excursie was dik in orde, de gids (Nico) zorgde voor een goeie uitleg en had over alles wel wat te vertellen. We hadden een heldere hemel dus het sterrenkijken was top, ook hier had de gids een hele hoop uitleg over. Het enige kleine minpuntje was dat we de eerste waren die opgepikt werden en dus hebben we 1u45 in de bus gezeten voor iedereen opgepikt was. Voordeel was dan wel dat we als eerste terug afgezet werden aan het hotel. Al bij al dus een top ervaring.

Experiencia fantástica: Nous avons réservé 3 excursions grâce à Steve, qui a été d'une grande aide. Il téléphone spontanément à l'organisme responsable de l'excursion et organise tout pour nous. Il est de très bon conseil, très sympathique et a un anglais facile à comprendre. Nous avons réservé : - une balade en bateau pour voir les baleines - une journée découverte de l'île: Masca, Garachico, le Teide - une journée au Siam Park, avec navette inclue Nous avons été enchantés des 3 excursion, plus particulièrement de la journée de découverte où le guide, Jean-François, était polyglotte, super sympa et a fait la journée à la carte selon nos envies. Il faisait son maximum pour que nous passions une journée relax, sans jamais nous presser, il proposait des arrêts sans jamais imposer. Le fait de n'être que 6 touristes permet d'avoir une bonne ambiance dans la voiture, et de bénéficier de meilleures explications. Steve reste super disponible en permanence par whatsapp pour la moindre question. Ayant pris la décision de ne pas louer de voiture, il a pu nous conseiller quelques endroits facilement accessibles en transport public ! Des vacances réussies, nous referons appel à Steve et le conseillons dans hésitation !

È stato la persona più disponibile che abbiamo incontrato durante la nostra vacanza a Tenerife e offre ottimi servizi a prezzi onesti e con grande professionalità. Un giorno, ad esempio, tutte le escursioni a cui eravamo interessati erano al completo, ma appena Steve ha saputo che avevamo noleggiato un'auto, ci ha descritto come raggiungere Masca, Garachico, Puerto de la Cruz, Icod de Los Vinos e il vulcano Teide in autonomia, spiegandoci tutto il percorso e dandoci ottimi consigli.
