Experiencia negativa: no he visto nada menos informal en mi vida

Experiencia negativa: Lo peor de lo peor. No atienden el teléfono NUNCA, aunque si que te salta la centralita para elegir idioma, etc.... Que como es un 902, he acabado pagando más de cinco euros POR NO PODER HABLAR CON NADIE. Y que es peor, tampoco atienden el número móvil de emergencias. Pocas empresas menos serias he visto jamás. Le doy una estrella porque es necesario para poder escribir la reseña, pero les daría un cero. Y bien merecido.

Experiencia negativa: No cogen nunca el teléfono, pero como sí te salta la centralita para seleccionar idioma y delegación te cobran. Al ser un 902 la llamada es cara. He pagado más de 6 euros en llamadas para no conseguir hablar con nadie.

Experiencia negativa: Worst transfer ever experienced! No representative at the airport, just a sign redirecting us to a different company. They waited at the airport forever to fill up a 50 person coach with people from dozens of hotels (I booked it via Expedia, which made it sound like the transfer is with a small 8 people van). Overall it took us 3 hours to get from the airport to the hotel, which would have been a quick 25min drive. Unless you want to have a half day tour visiting the various hotels on the island, you're better off paying for a taxi - which is quite affordable. By the way, the return trip works exactly the same. Cannot recommend at all!

Experiencia negativa: You get what you pay for. I would not recomend this if you want to go straight from the airport to your hotel, but if you're not in a hurry this works.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible company. Never showed for airport pickup. Never answered phone either. Booth at airport was closed with a sign that read "please wait for driver here". There were people ahead of me that had been waiting 2 hours. Trip advisor is littered with terrible reviews of these people. Wish I'd read them first. Clearly a company just trying to take advantage of tourists.
