Experiencia negativa: Abbiamo acquistato un transfer da aeroporto all' hotel e viceversa e siamo rimasti molto delusi in quanto la distanza era di 10 km e all' acquisto c'era indicato 30 minuti di transfer, peccato che all' andata ha impiegato 1 ora e mezza (facendoci arrivare alle 22:30 di sera e non abbiamo potuto mangiare perché la cucina dei ristoranti era chiusa ovunque). Al ritorno addirittura ha impiegato 2 ore... Veramente follia!! MAI PIÙ MTS GLOBE... SCONSIGLIO VIVAMENTE

Experiencia negativa: Un auténtico desastre!!! Llegamos a Lanzarote sobre las 01:00h. Encontramos el mostrador cerrado, sin nadie esperando. El aeropuerto prácticamente vacío a esas horas. Tuvimos que buscar por nuestra cuenta al conductor durante más de 30 min. el cual estaba estacionado en uno de los parkings del aeropuerto. Al retorno, esperando en la puerta del hotel y viendo llegar a diferentes autobuses, el nuestro no preguntó por nosotros y se marchó o bien nunca llegó a recogernos puesto que no nos llamaron ni nada. Tuvimos que coger un taxi. Además el transporte es común con otras personas por lo que tienes que esperar que haga el recorrido.

Experiencia positiva: Alles super hier vor Ort, jedoch funktioniert das online einchecken bei Condor und TUI Fly NICHT!! DIES IST SCHON SEHR TRAURIG. Man sollte erst etwas neu einführen, wenn es funktioniert!!!

Experiencia negativa: Journey from Lanzarote airport to Puerto Calero took 90mins due to the volume of other 'drop off's' on route. Estimated journey by BA 45mins, direct by taxi 20mins. Booked far too many drop offs onto journey due to greed. Driver did his best but was frustrated. Avoid at all cost. Fyi taxi direct is only EU25.

Experiencia positiva: Gestión del Transfer muy sencilla.

Experiencia negativa: Katastrophe! Wurden 2.8 Km vom Hotel abgesetzt und mussten mit gesamten Gepäck durch die Straßen hetzen und unser Hotel suchen. Furchtbar! Nie wieder! Hatten dann für die Rückreise ein Taxi genommen. Fahrer wollte nicht in die angeblich zu engen Straßen fahren, obwohl selbst Omnibusse hier durchfahren! Das Geld für den Transfer hätten wir uns sparen können! Ein Stern ist hier noch einer zuviel. Nicht empfehlenswert!

Experiencia negativa: Used a large 53 seater coach to transfer passengers to their hotels the coach was clearly too big for the streets in puerto del carmen and a 20 minute transfer took well over an hour so when going home we paid for a taxi never again use this company

Experiencia negativa: A mixed review. The pick up in Lanzarote was a miss. Our flight was delayed and when we finally got the pick up location, we got a very rude welcome from a lady( apperently the superviser) complaining that we are late( as I would not know myself). Really not a good start for a holiday( was tempted to swap for a taxi). Maybe some of your staff are better for an assignment far away from customers/guests.

Experiencia fantástica: Privat Transfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel und zurück. Hat alles gut geklappt. Der Kleinbus war sehr pünktlich und Kommunikation zur den Abholzeiten war online sehr gut. Jederzeit wieder.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently used mts shuttle transfer from rubicon palace to arrecife airport. Taxi driver victor was hilarious fantastic journey full off humour, travel education, history of the island. Such a happy friendly driver that enhanced the quality of our journey. Rated him five star . Hope he’s our driver again

Experiencia negativa: We hadden onze transfer en een activiteit via dit bureau, we werden vriendelijk geholpen. Maar er waren veel misverstanden over data ( die we absoluut goed hadden door gegeven ) voor activiteiten. Uiteindelijk een activiteit geboekt ( als 2 achttien jarige meiden ) waarvan ons werd verteld het een leuke boot tour was met leuke plekjes en stranden. Wat uiteindelijk 3x niks bleek te zijn voor onze leeftijdscategorie.. verkeerd geïnformeerd dus..

Experiencia negativa: Drives totally unprofessional. Left us far way from the hotel, told us to wait in the same place he left us on 08/07 on the 11/7 at 9:20 the bus didn’t passed there we need to called to find the bus the drive totally stupid shouting that we should be at the entrance…. How we know it, once the drive told us to wait at the same place the bus leave us…..Horrible company the agency told the drive should leave us in the hotel entrance. Advise your drives to do what should be done, and have the minimum of respect with the clients. Claim up down with bags wasn’t not what we paid for. Avoid the Transfer shuttle service it is a nightmare.

Experiencia positiva: Actual transport was fantastic but not impressed by customer service. Tried to add another passenger a few weeks before travel and was referred to travel agent who did not reply. Managed to add at Arrecife airport no problem. Tried to arrange return journey by personally attending office in Puerto del Carmen but found staff ignorant and unhelpful.

Experiencia positiva: Reserve los. Traslados de aeropuerto al hotel y viceversa..... El servicio bueno.. . Pero les tengo que recordar que también hay turistas españoles. .. Ya que toda la web y demás está en inglés .. . Deberían poner también el español en la web... .
