Experiencia fantástica: Would really recommend this company due to very nice and polite people NANCY and IAN and also the other worker from yorkshire (birkenshaw) we had a very big dissapointment on 1 day booked for KING BUGGIES TEIDE TOUR WHICH WOULD NEVER BOOK FOR KING BUGGIES AGAIN DUE TO A BIG SCAM AND WORKERS VERY BAD ATTITUDE AND ALSO NO SPOKEN ENGLISH IN THE COMPANY BUT ANY WAY BESIDES ALL THAT BIG DISSAPOINTMENT. NANCY AT BLACK SANDS EXCUSRSION COSTA EDEJE GOT EVERYTHING SORTED OUT AFTER ALOT OF COMPLICATIONS AND UPSET BUT SHE DID PROUD AND STOOD GROUND AND DID WAT SHE HAD TO TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES WITH KING BUGGIES every holiday i do in tenerife from now on every year i will definatly only be using nancy and ian for my future excursions please every 1 go to these great people great prices beat any 1 else on prices

Experiencia negativa: Black Sand Excursions & GalateSailingTenerife Avoid these 2 places if You don’t want your day to be ruined. Booked jet skis through the old British (?) lady From there and they were ok (except the lady From jet skis that asked 20€ / per person for photos and was too stresfull about everything) but we just let it slide by. Few days pass by and we come back looking for some dolphin/whale tour. After mentioning that we would rather pay extra and have private boat this same lady recommends this GalateSailingTenerife guys saying that they are the best they will provide snacks, sandwiches, tell us loads of stuff and we will enjoy those 3 hours, we take her word and go for it. Unfortunately it was not like that. The boat/Yacht driver looked like he was hangover, was giving the rude attitude when questions about boat/sea asked, then sent us to the front so we don’t disturb him. He didn’t even let us put on our music and said that He is in control of it. No sandwiches, just some chips and candies combined with some cheap beer, 1 bottle of champagne and “coke” that was some offbrand. There was 1 0.5l bottle of water and 90% of the rest was beer. The driver seemed to enjoy this beer because He dranked at least 2 cans of it. The rude attitude towards us continued and the stop for swim was exactly 5 minutes with words that we’re late (We arrived back 20minutes before 3hours would have passed). The boat was also way past its Life time and needs some cosmetic restoration ar least. Oh and all the time we we’re going with the speed of 8-9kmh (GPS app in Phone) I must say that we saw whales, but The evening was totally ruined due to his attitude. When coming back to the same place where it was bought to tell disappoitment some guy made a call and told us to wait for the owner near the boat, He will be there shortly and will assist us. Of course no one was there and when called to the number provided the so said Owner asked “did you see whales? Did you have A swim? Then there’s Nothing I can Help You with”. So guys and girls take the lesson we learnt the hard way - avoid these places. Customer support is only there when everything is going great. When something is not Good they WILL NOT BE THERE FOR YOU.

Experiencia fantástica: Am ersten Urlaubstag sind wir Richtung Strand unterwegs gewesen und vorm Spar-Markt am kleinen Info-Stand vorbeigekommen. Wir wurden freundlich und nicht aufdringlich beraten... zu fairen Preisen. Vielen Dank an dieser Stelle an Nancy, die uns unvergessliche Momente dadurch bereitet hat!

Experiencia fantástica: Met Ian one evening, very friendly and helpful lad. Came back the next day to book 3 single jet skis, he got us a better deal than two other places we had asked. What was particularly great was that it was just the 3 of us for an hour so we felt like we had a much more personalised experience. (I appreciate this is more from the company directly rather than Black Sands, but great that they use good companies) Also booked for The Flying Fish, which was HILARIOUS. The lassie who took us out was very relaxed and made it a great experience too.

Experiencia fantástica: Superb. We had booked Teide by Night and couldn't go due to illness. It's very clear it's non-refundable but we rang as a courtesy just to let them know so the bus didn't get delayed waiting. Arianne offered, without asking, to see if we could switch to the next night, and called me back to confirm 5 mins later, with no extra cost. No reason to do that and very grateful to her, a lovely person to deal with too. Recommended!

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah is amazing and very knowledgeable. Superb at her job. We booked a few trips with her last year (Sian, Lora Parque and Castle San Miguel) this year we waited for Sarah again for her shift and booked Sian, Loro Parque and Teidi buggy Trip ... including off road.

Experiencia negativa: Unser gebuchter Angeltrip war ein Reinfall. Als wir uns darüber beschwerten, wurden wir abgewiesen. Wir hätten genau das bekommen was wir gebucht haben. - Haben wir nicht. Wir wären mit einem kleinen discount glücklich gewesen. Guter Service sieht einfach anders aus.

Experiencia fantástica: Sarah is really helpful and friendly. She helped us book a car for hire and booked us on a boat trip which was good.. She is situated on main part of Costa Adeje and on the way to the beach.. We found Sarah also to be cheerful and very knowledgeable. Would recommend using her

Experiencia negativa: Awful. Booked through Nancy who seemed lovely at first, now to realise she did nothing but feed us lies. She assured we would be going on a boat trip with unlimited food, snacks and drinks including seeing dolphins, whales and snorkelling with the potential of seeing turtles. On the excursion we stopped at only 2 locations, one where we saw dolphins so that’s 1 star and the other for stopping for a swim on a beach in which we could’ve walked to for free. There was no snorkelling during the excursion and no attempt to find whales. Considering there was only 12 of us on the boat, 6 were shockingly unwell on the journey, feel as though the agents could have warned us that it is such a rocky experience - coming from someone who has never suffered from sea sickness or travel sickness in general. Very disappointed that we were talked into paying €50 each where we could’ve had a similar experience at our hotel pool watching a video of dolphins. Do not recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: Awesome trip and the guide was really knowledgable. One of the highlights of my holiday was kayaking alongside tortoises and dolphins before snorkelling with the fish and then visiting a cave and fantastic scenery while kayaking back to the beach.

Experiencia fantástica: Couldn't recommend Francesca enough, listened to what myself and my partner wanted, and tailored a package to us, very knowledgeable on weather and what activities to do when etc, and the activities we booked were absolutely amazing (whale watching and quad biking)

Experiencia negativa: Did a night skies booked with your company on Sunday 16th of January pick up point Hovim Costa Adeje promised photos of my self and partner and of the stars still not received anything emails to Kieran ignored 140 euros for nothing not a happy bunny and reluctant to recomend the trip to any body Ray Jenkins

Experiencia negativa: Está crítica va dirigida exclusivamente hacía la actividad que cogimos con ellos "Jet Ski Racing" en particular el JetSki Safari de 1h. Organización pésima. La actividad consistía en ir desde el puerto hasta la Caleta y de vuelta al puerto en moto acuática. Lo primero, éramos tres parejas, una inglesa, otra italiana y otra española. Todos novatos y primera vez que conduciamos una moto de agua. Claramente, por vagancia total y absoluta, nos pregunto qué si sabíamos inglés y lo explicó todo en inglés, básicamente por no repetirlo. (Simplemente dijo que tuviéramos una distancia entre nosotros de 70m y que mantuviéramos una formación en V) Después de eso, nos llevaron en lancha hasta las motos se agua, en medio del mar. Nos dejaron a cada uno en su moto y la única explicación del manejo fue "botón verde arrancar, botón rojo parar, acelerador esto y aprieta fuerte el volante/manillar (como queráis llamarlo)". Ni practicamos un poco con ellos ni nada. Los responsables de la excursión iban en lancha delante de todos. A mi me costo pillar el tranquillo unos 20 minutos. Nadie se puso a mi lado ni me asesoró. Iba desesperada tratando de no quedarme sola y perderme en mar abierto! Finalmente le pille el tranquillo y conseguí no alejarme del grupo. Sin embargo, yendo ya hacia el puerto, una moto quedó rezagada. (Igual que yo al inicio de la actividad). Como ya os he dicho, ni se van fijando en si estamos bien ni si hemos desaparecido ni nada. Bueno, pues se había quedado rezagada porque había volcado. Los monitores ni se enteraron, motivo por el cuál no fueron a socorrerlos. Estuvieron varios minutos gritando pidiendo ayuda. No podían ni dar la vuelta a la moto ni subirse a ella. Repito, en MAR ABIERTO. Cuando se enteraron de lo sucedido y los afectados les pidieron explicaciones ni les hablaron, ni pidieron disculpas ni nada. Pasaron olímpicamente. La experiencia como tal genial, quiero volver a montar en moto de agua. Pero con esta empresa jamás!

Experiencia negativa: Web arranged the Jet Sky Safari experiencie with Black Sand Excursions. It was terrible, a couple was forgotten in the middle of the sea with their wáter jet broken. The instructors let them in the middle of nowhere screaming for help for a long time.

Experiencia fantástica: Black Sand Excursions are now our go to tour company. The people are amazingly friendly and helpful. Everyday they checked in on us and asked about how our tours went. Other times they were just great people to chat with about the island. Very knowledgeable and professional. Highly recommend using them to maximize your fun on Tenerife.
