Experiencia negativa: Would leave zero stars if it was an option, even minuses. I booked my slot for jet skiing with this company and on the day, found that there was unprecedented terrible traffic that would stop me getting to the beach in time for my slot, despite us leaving plenty of time for a 20-minute journey we’d taken many times. When asking if I could reschedule because I physically couldn’t make it through no fault of my own, the owner told me there would be no chance and also vehemently refused me a refund. This no refund policy wasn’t explained at purchase - if I had known it wasn’t refundable I wouldn’t have booked! To which Debbie, the owner, very rudely replied ‘yes you would!’. Was told it was all my fault and they were not willing to do anything, they were more than happy to leave me unsatisfied. Would definitely not book with them again, take your money elsewhere.

Experiencia negativa: Would leave no starts if I could!! CJ from the shop at Costa edeje lied to sell us a boat trip. I'm 16 weeks pregnant and was told this trip would be perfect for me as it's a small boat and less choppy he also said he would contact the captin prior to us going but instead when on the boat out in the ocean when I started to feel extremely ill mum spoke to the captin and he was unaware of my pregnancy and said it was unsafe for me to be on the boat. He turned the boat around and took us back to the port . The captin was acting in my best interest so thank him but I'm extremely disappointed at CJ who sold us the trip. We went back to see them and they could not have given a dam they even turned around and said because we saw whails we had a good time .. really I had a awful time and was so scared for my unborn son. They refused to even except fault or apologize. Instead they just kept saying that it was fine which it most certainly was not. Really would not recommend at all !
