Experiencia fantástica: Wir haben dort zwei Touren gebucht. Beide waren gut organisiert. Die Mitarbeiter, vor allem Kenny, waren sehr nett und bemüht, alle Touren möglich zu machen.

Experiencia negativa: 4 excursions February 2022 1. 15-2 Teide, Icod, Garachico and Masca. Very nice tour, good guide, meal at 16,50 ok. Advisabble 2. 16-2 Teide by night Bad tour, a waist of money. Star gazing in twilight before the meal is crazy. The meal should come first and then the stars. We saw a few stars, got some information on star constellations, could not even see the Milky Way and left the observation site well before sufficient darkness. No scientific information of any kind. Bad meal, half cold and not tasteful. Incompetent guide. 3. 17-2. Teide cablecar Big problems, we were not informed that tickets for the cablecar have to be bought in advance. With the help of the hostess at the base station we could finally buy tickets via internet and have a short trip to the top. All the walking possibilities were closed, that was another disappointment of which we were not notified before. Silent guide, poor information. 4. 18-2 Gomera Nice boat trip, boarding takes much time. Interesting tour on the island. The Aloe Vera demonstration takes to much time. Good guide. Advice= get well informed about all aspects of the tour. Do not take anything for granted.
