Experiencia fantástica: Highly recommend this shop! I rented a bike through Basque Country Cycling and could not have been more pleased with my experience. Most of all, the owner, Luis, was incredibly helpful, leading up to our trip and throughout our stay. Super flexible and accommodating, and not to mention perfect English! The bike was in great condition, and Luis sent me many routes to explore in and around San Sebastian. Looking forward to booking a guided trip with Basque Country Cycling our next time in Northern Spain.

Experiencia fantástica: What an awesome bike shop! Luis and Oscar are both so so friendly. My wife and I rented bikes for a few days to do some rides in Spanish and Basque country. We did decently long rides, including ~70 miles to Biarritz and back. The bikes were awesome. They rode so smoothly: brakes were super well dialed so we felt very safe, gears were properly maintained. Bikes themselves were great too. Can't recommend enough!

Experiencia fantástica: I have used Basque Country Cycling for bike hire for a small group of friends a couple of times now, and both times I've been very impressed. The bikes were great, delivery and collection was easy, and Luis came up with some very helpful suggestions for routes and places for coffee stops. I would definitely recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: Just back from the most amazing ride with Basque Country Cycling in San Sebastian. The experience from the start was excellent with great communication from Luis organising the ride and a great bike that suited me before I made my booking. I chose a solo 100km ride which included riding through the French Basque country and Jaizkibel and throughout the ride Luis was an an excellent guide with great knowledge of the whole area. Having cycled in Spain, Italy and throughout the UK over the years, this was one of the best rides I have ever done. I would not hesitate in recommending Luis and Basque Country Cycling for anyone considering a ride in the beautiful part of the world and I can't wait to return!

Experiencia fantástica: I spent a couple of days in Donostia in September. It was easy to schedule a bike rental and a guide on the bike shop’s website. The guide, Oscar, was friendly and knowledgeable about the region. Scenery is beautiful, and the ride was fun. Good value for money.

Experiencia fantástica: Great Resource in San Sebastian for Bikes, Routes, Service, and Guides. I booked a trip in May, where I rented a bike (they have nice carbon ones) and took a ride with a guide. Super clear communication and professional. I hope someday I can do it again!

Experiencia fantástica: I love riding in the Basque countryside. My husband and I spent a week in San Sebastian and I decided to rent a bike. The first day I rode a suggested route down the coast which was beautiful. The second day I rode with Luis on a route that had sections of Stage 2 and 3 of this year's Tour. The bikes are good and they took my bike measurements and fitted the bike to me. I would highly recommend Basque Country Cycling.

Experiencia fantástica: A five star rental experience. My wife and I rented a road bike and a mountain e-bike for four days. We were scrambling to find bikes at the last minute, as our plan had shifted at the last minute allowing us to go on a self-guided Basque Country ride. Luckily these bikes were available and Luisma, the business owner, is a fantastic man who takes exceptional care of his bikes. There is no better way to rent and ride through Basque Country.

Experiencia fantástica: Alquilé una bicicleta de carretera un par de dias con ellos para mi estancia en Zumaia, Luisma fué puntual, muy flexible me la acercó al alojamiento a un precio razonable, la comunicación con el fué facil y fluida y me dio buenos consejos para conocer la zona. La unica pega el precio del alquiler comparado con otras zonas en los que he alquilado, pero es que en la zona los precios son similares en el resto de empresas con las que contacté. En definitiva si necesito alquilar una bicicleta en San Sebastian o alrededores repetiré. Totalmente recomendables.

Experiencia fantástica: Very professional and friendly. I am from San Sebastian but I live abroad and I rent my road bike there when I am back in town. Nice personal bike setup before you take it with you and they can give you local tips, routes, etc.

They were also really helpful in suggesting routes - we did a 90km loop from San Sebastian along the coast that was beautiful and a really good ride! Very friendly service and a professional bike setup before we left. Highly recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Amazing tour - well adapted to your riding ability and preferences. Aitor was technically excellent and extremely knowledgeable about local sites and sports science. He gave us riding options and we were pushed beyond our comfort zone, but comfortably.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent road bikes from Orbea at good rental prices and very helpful too when you call the shop and don’t speak Spanish! We only had one day to cycle so took a guided tour with Ainara who knew all the best routes and was a great cycling buddy too and made it a great (and long) day out. The only thing I was a bit surprised by was that you have to pay €100 extra per person for guided tours even though you share one guide, but €200 between two cyclists was still well worth it and would do it all again to cycle the amazing roads in the Basque hills.

Experiencia fantástica: I rented an Orbea Orca from Kili for four days, during April 2017. I rode about 100km per day, through the most wonderful countryside: the guys at Kili are great when it comes to advice on the best routes, and it's worth seeking out their help if you're unfamiliar with the area, as leaving and re-entering San Sebastian can be relatively challenging, particularly if you're not heading out in the Igeldo direction. The bike itself was great: a stiff and light carbon road bike with DI2 gearing, with waterbottles and repair gear included. (You will need either to rent a helmet or to bring your own, though.) And the roads around San Sebastian are marvelous cycling: hilly, and with incredible scenery all around. The people in the shop are really friendly and helpful, and their own enthusiasm for cycling in the Basque country is entirely justified: it's absolutely great, and they do their best to ensure that you will be able to make the most of it. If I ever stay around there again, I'll be paying them another visit!

Experiencia fantástica: We rented 2 road bikes from these guys to do a 5 day trip from San Sabastian to Barcelona. We're Irish so we didn't know what to expect. We were blown away by how helpful and friendly these guys were. We had a fantastic trip thanks to them. The bikes were great, super value and zero hassle. They even went over our routes and made up coffee! I couldn't say a bad thing about these guys. 5 stars for me.
