Experiencia negativa: Dears, I booked a "private transfer" from Tenerife South airport (number TY10C549). When I arrived at the airport (the plane was on time), nobody from your company was there to welcome me. I find a paper with my name scotched on the MTS Globe Office desk n°3 and with this paper I had to queue during 40 minutes in order to take a common taxi. Is it what our call a "private transfer" ? I paid 36,25 euros in advance when the normal taxi costs 15 euros ! I call this "a theft". Emmanuel Léonard

Experiencia fantástica: Me encantó este lugar, la ubicación es perfecta, la comida era excelente, la vista desde el piso 13 era fantástica. Ceser, la banda de entretenimiento de un solo hombre, fue fantástica. Hizo nuestras vacaciones aquí. Todo el personal, desde la mucama hasta la recepción, trabaja muy duro. Stefanie se destacó como una persona muy trabajadora. Bien hecho a todos.

Experiencia negativa: The fact that purely lie to you about arrival time is insane to me. Talked to support day before departure and they said that you will be in airport at 14. It’s 13:56 and we are still collecting people from Puerto and it doesn’t seem to end. We haven’t even started our journey!!! She said I can guarantee you will in in airport at 15 which is not true!!!! The WORST transfer company in the world

Experiencia negativa: Terrible company very fortunate to recieve 1 star ... Lady was rude and lied about the arrival of our coach she then claimed it had arrived to save her own back when it did not. She then said "book a taxi", then proceeded to laugh spitefully well knowing our shuttle had not arrived for our airport return. DO NOT USE - these are cowboys who should rename to 'MTS not coming'.

Experiencia negativa: Paid for outbound and inbound hotel transfers, only to arrive be told our order was cancelled, with absolutely no prier warning before landing, told us our hotel was closed when it wasn't. We had to pay for a local taxi to the hotel, and then was worried all holiday if we'd be able to get transport back, which after sending several emails only to have them ignored, we were informed by reception we'd be collected at the end of our stay to take us the airport. We had a 20 year old coach arrive that struggled to finish the journey, with no air con or Windows to open in 31+ degree heat, with a driver who was rude and couldn't speak a word of English. Worst hotel transfer and worst customer service experience I've ever had. Still no news on a refund either for the first half of our journey.
